Our mission
The Naval & Military Bible Society believes in the power of God’s Word. We exist to provide support to Service and uniformed personnel, seafarers and associated organisations in the UK and globally through the provision of Bibles and other Christian resources.
His Word, Our Work
We believe that God’s word should be freely accessible and freely given. Our literature is provided on request with no charge. Reimbursement is sought through donations, grants and sponsorship to meet production costs and overheads. Bibles and New Testaments are normally available in the New International (NIV), Contemporary English (CEV), and New Revised Standard (NRSV) versions. However, other Bible versions, foreign language translations can be provided both by ourselves and a variety of third-party sources. If what you require is not shown on our website then please contact us and we will endeavour to locate and supply it.

£5 - MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Produce, package and deliver a Bible to a person in need.
£10 - A NEW GENERATION
Provide a town’s Cadet Force with 50 Cadets’ Prayer Booklets.
£50 - LONELINESS AT SEA
Provide a port chaplain with Bibles and other resources to support the needs of visiting seafarer’s for a week. This literature helps with their Christian journey and can combat feelings of isolation and persecution.
